Hi, my name's Abigail, I am the founder of Welcome Wild Woman and if you want to take a step closer to nature this is the place for you. I am dedicated to helping you find natural solutions to modern day problems!

I started my journey when I just couldn’t get to sleep. I was waking up exhausted and going to bed exhausted. I had no energy during the day. I took medication and woke up groggy. Or I couldn’t get to sleep at night and lay awake for hours with thoughts running through my head.

What Was I Doing Wrong?

I decided to take matters into my own hands and started researching and experimenting with different actions that would improve my sleep. What I discovered was amazing and brought me down to earth with a bump.

One of things that moved me most was in understanding how the odds are stacked against us, and how the strains and stress of a modern lifestyle are often simply not conducive to a good night’s sleep. The result being a plethora of modern sleep hacks, fascination and obsession with making do with fewer hours sleep and unreasonable expectations of maintaining high productivity levels during the day.

I Am Going to Show You How

What I learned is that we need to go back to the basics and remember that we are living beings not robots – and hereby lays the key.

I am going to show you how a better connection to yourself and planet earth will improve your sleep, and how finding a better balance between your sleep and wake cycles is the key to improving your sleep.
